WACS Cable Break
There has been a break on the WACS (West Africa Cable System) undersea cable which is affecting Internet connectivity in South Africa. Currently there is no affect to our Network and this is just an advisory post. All services are working normally as traffic have been routed to other international upstream providers.
COVID-19 Lock down Announcement
Dear Airspeed Customers
Due to the lock down announced by President Cyril Ramaphosa, we will not be able to send out any technicians for support, line of site’s or installations in the lock down period.
We would like to assure our customers that every effort has been made from our side to ensure the availability and stability of our network. We have teams available to respond to High Sites and to Core Infrastructure should it be required to and we have teams monitoring the network 24 Hours a Day 7 Days a Week.
